Migrants play a prominent role in the Kerala’s economic development and many of them have found greener pastures abroad. Their remittance to Kerala is one major components state Gross Domestic Product. Due various changes migrants are returning their home country. This will negative impact on economy like unemployment, family financial issues, decrease migrant etc. So, government should take care return migrants. For welfare returnees established Non-Resident Keralites Affairs Department. The aim study analyse schemes initiated by through Department for Kerala.
